Before the service starts, will any documents be signed to protect the customer’s interests?

Before the first payment, we usually sign two documents with the customer:

1. Non-disclosure agreement: Outlines confidential materials, knowledge or information. The customer or we can provide the initial template, and the final version signed must be a version agreed by both parties after negotiation.

2. Contract: Generally includes the division of each block of the entire project, details the details of the project, the expected time required for each node etc. We will provide an initial contract template, and the customer can also add new content to the contract through negotiation with us.
